Itineraries
Day 1: New Delhi - Shimla (approx. 8 hrs drive)
When you reach New Delhi Airport/Railway Station, our guide will be with you for your journey. It is the capital of Himachal Pradesh, is known as the queen of the hills, and has long been a popular vacation destination. After check-in at the hotel explore the local market and visit Christ Church. Overnight stay in Shimla.
Day 2: Shimla – Manali (approx. 7 hrs drive)
After checking out from your hotel and head towards Manali. It is located 248 km away from Shimla. Enjoy beautiful landscapes and hills on the way. Stop by Pandoh Dam, Hanogi Devi Temple for some blessings. After check-in at the hotel explore the nearby area. Overnight stay in Manali.
Day 3: Manali - Rohtang Pass Excursion (approx. 1 hr drive)
This day is for the excursion to Rohtang Pass. Enjoy sightseeing at Rahala Falls, Beas Nala, and more on the way to Rohtang Pass. Here you can see snowfall, so don’t forget to do activities like skiing, skating, etc. You can ride a yak or a horse. Enjoy local sightseeing in Manali. Popular attractions are Hadimba Devi Temple, Tibetan Monastery, and Club House. Explore local markets. Overnight stay in Manali.
Day 4: Manali – Dharamshala (approx. 6 hrs drive)
On the 5th day, you will drive towards Dharamshala. You will see the lush green tea plantations across your way. Enjoy the surroundings of Palampur tea gardens with a tea break. For some blessings visit the Baijnath Temple and Chamunda Devi Temple. After check-in to your hotel, have dinner and roam around the place. Overnight stay in Dharamshala.
Day 5: Dharamshala - Dalhousie - Mcleodganj
Head towards Dalhousie. This place is the birthplace of the great saint Dalai Lama. You will visit Bhagsunath Temple and St. John Church. Post sightseeing, shop at the Mcleodganj market. After check-in to your hotel, you can do some activities. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.
Day 6: Dalhousie – Khajjar (approx. 7 hrs drive)
Khajjar is located approx. 21 km away from Dalhousie. It is also known as Switzerland of India. Enjoy the town's mesmerizing beauty on your way. Make your way back to Delhi. And this will be the end of your Himachal tour.
